Bishop Tony to retire this summer after 42 years service

On Sunday 7th July Bishop Tony Robinson, who has been with the Diocese of Leeds for 27 years  bid farewell to the people of the diocese at  Wakefield Cathedral:

“Dear friends,

Sue and I want to thank you for the wonderful hamper you have us after the service last week.
The Cathedral has been at the centre of the lives of our family over the past 27 years.
We will take great memories of you all as we move into the next chapter of our lives in Essex.”

The Hospital community has benefited greatly from Bishop Tony’s ministry and we wish him and  the best in their retirement.
