It is with great sadness that we announce that one of our Sisters, Nita, who died peacefully last week fortified by the rites of the Catholic Church. She had been a resident at the Hospital for 20 years. She will be missed by all at the Hospital.
We have a designated candle burning in our chapel and ask you to hold Nita’s family and everyone who knew and loved her in your prayers at this sad time.
Nita’s funeral service will be held next month at the Hospital. The service will be in the Chapel of the Holy Cross in which Nita worshiped during her time as a resident in our community. She was a daily communicant and a faithful Sister.
May she rest in peace.
